1. Introduction

Welcome to AskAllAi (“the Service”), a cloud-based software that allows interaction with various artificial intelligence models (for example, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others). The Service is operated by ADS TO GROW - FZCO, with its registered address at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Use of Askallai implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Description of the Service

Askallai provides access to a multimodel intelligent chat through a subscription. The available plans are:

  • Free: limited access to basic functions.
  • Pro Monthly / Quarterly / Annual: full access during the corresponding period.

The Company may modify features, prices, or plan availability, while honoring already paid subscription periods.

3. Registration and Account

To use Askallai, you must create an account using your email address or via Google or Apple. The user agrees to:

  • Provide truthful information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
  • Not share their account with third parties.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include taxes. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period. The user may cancel renewal at any time through their account or at askallai.co/unsubscribe. Partial refunds are not provided except in cases of technical error or wrongful charge.

5. Permitted Use

  • Do not use Askallai to generate or distribute illegal, defamatory, or sexually explicit content.
  • Do not engage in reverse engineering, large-scale automation, or scraping.
  • Do not redistribute generated content without express authorization.

6. Generated Content

The user retains rights over the content they input. AI-generated content is automated and does not constitute professional advice. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of responses.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to Askallai’s code, interface, and design belong to ADS TO GROW - FZCO.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

9. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of non-compliance or fraud.

10. Modifications

The Company may modify these Terms; the current version is always available at Terms Page.

11. Data Protection

Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by UAE law. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
